Looking for some help figuring out the ClubReady system? Look no further! Below you will find the necessary contact information for ClubReady to get you the support you need!

Options

  1. 1-1 Training – you can schedule a 1-1 training session with ClubReady, which will be recorded so you can review it later! Please email [email protected] with “FBBC Request for Training” in the subject line.
  2. Live Chat Support – This will be the fastest way to get support! Within your ClubReady account, you will see a Support/Help button in green. Click on this and you will see an option for live support. A support person at ClubReady will be connected with you within 3 minutes.
  3. Call them – ClubReady has a dedicated phone number for FBBC support. Please call them at (667) 200-3733 or send them a text. A text message will instantly create a support ticket and someone from ClubReady will get in touch with you within 3 hours.
  4. Email Support – You can email the ClubReady support team at [email protected]. In your email, please include a subject line describing the problem and someone will respond to you within 24 hours
  5. Chris Smith – Last, but certainly not least, Chris from ClubReady is our in-house support rep who’s here to assist you in any way possible! If all of the above methods of contact fail, you can reach him at [email protected]

FAQs

A: CLUBS CAN ADD THEIR OWN CONTRACT TEMPLATES AT THE CLUB LEVEL. THIS IS NOT SUGGESTED AS IT IS BEST TO ADD HTML AND MANY USERS ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH IT. THERE ARE STATE SPECIFIC CONTRACTS FOR EACH STATE ADDED AS THEY CONVERT. IF THEY ARE ADDING THEIR OWN, THEY NEED TO CHECK CITY AND STATE SPECIFIC DETAILS AS WELL AS WITH A LAWYER TO ENSURE IT IS COMPLIANT.

A: AFTER THE CONVERSION IS COMPLETE, CLUBS WILL BE ABLE TO ADD ADDITIONAL PACKAGES, SERVICES & CLASSES. PRE-CONVERSION THEY WILL HAVE TO CHECK WITH THEIR ONBOARDING SPECIALIST.

A: YOUR WAIVER NOT AVAILABLE ON THE MOBILE APP. CUSTOMERS CAN ACCESS WAIVERS THROUGH THE LINK PROVIDED BY THE CLUB. (SETUP > LEADS > PRESENTATIONS).

A: CLUBS CAN USE EITHER CHECK IN WEB KIOSK OR CLUBREADY CLASS KIOSK APP.

A: 1,000 ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH.
