The Fit Body Way Coach Hiring Process

  1. Promote/Advertise for Coach

  2. Review Candidate Resumes

  3. Initial Zoom Screening

  4. Invite to 1st workout

  5. 1st in-person interview

  6. Call at least 3 references

  7. Mock Session & 2nd in-person interview

  8. Conduct DISC assessment

  9. Send offer & hire

  10. Training & Probationary process begin

  1. Promote/Advertise for Facility Coordinator

  2. Review Candidate Resumes

  3. Initial Zoom Screening

  4. Invite to 1st workout

  5. 1st in-person interview

  8.  2nd in-person interview.
