Look and Act Like a Pro

Coaches are effective leaders when they practice what they preach. So ask yourself: “Am I also doing what I ask of my clients?” Here are just a few of the things you should be doing to set an example for your clients.

Train Right, Eat Clean

Set the bar for your clients. Are you training regularly? Are you eating the right foods? Are you getting in the right kind of rest and rejuvenation?

Be on Time

If you want your clients to come on time, be on time (or, better yet, early) for every session you run.

Honor Dress Code

If you want to be looked at as a professional, you have to dress and act appropriately. Your clients respect you more when you look the part. Do you act and dress with absolute professionalism?

Treat Others with Respect

If you treat your clients with respect, kindness, appreciation, and love, they’ll love and respect you as well. That also leads to more referrals as your trusted clients refer their friends and family to you.
