Study Leadership

Do this by reading books, taking courses, and/or following other leaders and mentors in your space, observing how they lead their clients. There are some great books out there that will teach you about leadership, such as Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Five Levels of Leadership by John C. Maxwell.

Leadership Transcends Age

You might be in your 20’s leading clients that are in their 40’s or 50’s. That age gap might make some clients hesitate to work out with you. But when they identify leadership qualities in you, they then trust you to deliver them results.
