Mastermind Application

Fitness Mastermind requires 60 day written notification to stop automatic debiting for any reason. If the next regularly scheduled payment falls within 60 days after written notification is submitted it may be processed in part or in full as determined by the result of account reconciliation and further payments will be terminated for the next scheduled payment date thereafter.

At the conclusion of this agreement it will automatically renew under similar terms and fees on a month-to-month basis. As costs do rise the Fitness Mastermind may opt not to renew this agreement and at such time will contact the client to advise of the cost increase and provide the option to renew at the revised rate in the event this applies. Standard cancellation policies apply to all new/auto-renewed service packages.

Cancellation of this agreement requires 60 days written notice indicating your decision and reason for choosing not to continue. This notice must be submitted to [email protected]. The time and date of the email header will serve as the determination point of the notice period. NON-COMPETE AND NON-SOLICITATION
1. Covenant Not to Compete. You agree that at no time during the term of your engagement with the Fit Body Boot Camp Mastermind will you not engage in any business activity which is competitive with Fit Body Boot Camp Mastermind nor work for any company which competes with the Fit Body Boot Camp Mastermind.

For a period of one (1) year immediately following the end of your client engagement, you will not, for yourself or on behalf of any other person or business entity, engage in any business activity which competes with Fit Body Boot Camp Mastermind.

If i chose to continue with the FBBC Elite Mastermind then I agree to invest $997 on this Credit Card monthly, starting on July 21st, 2020
